While the process of registering to Naale might seem complicated or intimidating, with a few simple steps you can be on your way to one of our schools. In this article, we detail for you the different steps necessary to contact us and start the process of registering your child to Naale.
Step 1: Contact a Regional Manager
Regional Managers (RM) are Naale’s location-based representatives who will be your point of contact throughout the registration process, screening and landing in Israel. We have 13 regional managers, each of whom coordinates a different region around the world. Once you fill out a contact form with your information and country, your specific regional manager will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
The next step includes opening a profile on our online registration system. The system is the place to find and upload all the required application forms and information we require for registration; for example, family background and medical information. A user guide and a video tutorial are there to guide you through the process, and your regional manager is also available to help.
If you are registering multiple children for Naale, please note that each child must be registered separately with a different email!
Step 3: Forms
After you have set up your profile on the registration system, you can start collecting and filling out the necessary forms and documents necessary. The purpose of these forms is to receive all the necessary information and confirm whether your child is eligible to join Naale. The documents you need are all listed in your profile page.
Step 4: Application Fee
Although Naale is a full scholarship program, we do request an application fee before attending the screening day and a registration fee upon acceptance. These are the only payments you will make to Naale.
Please note that the application fee is nonrefundable.
Step 5: Screening Day
Deciding to come to Naale is a huge step, and we want to ensure that your child is able to adapt to the new life awaiting him or her in Israel. To do this, we organize screening days all around the world.
Your regional manager will coordinate with you and schedule you for a screening day. Screening days take place at different locations around the world, and our regional managers do their best to set you up for the one nearest to your location. There is no need to prepare especially for the day, come as you are!
Step 6: Registration Fee
Congratulations, your child has been accepted to Naale! Now, it’s time for the last step – the registration fee – to ensure your child’s place with us
Step 7: Flight to Israel
At the beginning of September, the students arrive in Israel on group flights from all around the world to start their new lives with Naale!
Ultimately…
Signing up for Naale may seem like a lengthy process, but we are taking these steps to ensure that you make the right choice for you and your family. Remember – our regional managers will always be there to help you every step of the way.
